Energy Performance Contracting (EPC)

  • Financing of Energy efficiency project execution with performance or energy savings guarantee
  • Financing mechanism to allow OPUS to procure energy savings / facility improvements with no up-front capital costs
  • Re-payment will be based on apportioning electricity cost saving throughout duration of contract on EPC terms
  • Focusing on high energy consuming equipment/utilities system
  • Increasing efficiency of significant energy consuming assets via refurbishment or upgrading.
  • Real time monitoring system through deployment of IoT sensor via Energy Management or Building Management System
  • Measurement & Verification using International recognized protocol

 

Green Performance Contracting (GPC)

  • Financing for deployment of Green Building or Carbon reduction initiatives.
  • Green Building coordinator for design, implementation and maintenance via direct investments from OESB with “Zero CapEx” concept to obtain and maintain the desired green building certification for client buildings over contract period.
  • Financing for refurbishment to achieve Green Building Certification or Carbon reduction.
  • Green Building Retrofit for New and Existing Buildings.

Replacement Through Maintenance

  • Financing program to replace old and aging equipment.

  • Eliminate backlog maintenance cost.

Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
